What we keep: your name, phone and email; the devices you bring in, what was repaired and what you paid; photos of the device's condition; your signature on the repair agreement. If you sell us a device, a photo of your ID too.
Why: to do the repair, tell you when it's ready, honour the warranty and keep tax records. We never sell your data. We only text / email you about your repair (you can ask us not to).
Your device passcode: kept only while the repair is open, encrypted; only the technician working on it can see it, and it's deleted when you pick the device up.
How long: repair photos, 1 year; IDs of people who sold us a device, 3 years after the purchase (required for second-hand dealers); other IDs, 90 days; receipts and payments, 7 years (tax).
Your data on the phone: we don't look through your photos, messages or accounts. We only use what's needed to test the repair.
Deleting your data: ask at the store or by phone. We delete your name, phone, email, notes, messages and photos. Payment records stay, without your name. If you sold us a device, that record and your ID stay until the legal period ends.
