Mail Us Your Device

Not close to South Bend, or can't get away? Tell us about the device, then ship it to us. We check it, send you the price before any work, and mail it back when it's done.

How It Works

1. If you can, back up your device and remove the case, SIM card and memory card.
2. Don't send chargers or accessories unless we ask for them.
3. Write your name, phone number and the reference MI-… on a sheet of paper and put it in the box.
4. Wrap the device in bubble wrap and use a sturdy box with padding (not an envelope).
5. Ship it with tracking and, if you like, insurance. Keep your receipt.
6. Don't put passcodes in the box: we'll call you if we need to test something.
