Terms of Service for Phone Hospital

By using the services provided by Phone Hospital (a brand of ada group llc), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. SMS Messaging Program

Phone Hospital provides automated and manual text messaging to customers regarding repair status, appointment reminders, and follow-up support. By providing your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive these messages.

2. Opt-Out & Support

  • To Cancel: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

  • For Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at thephonehospital.com/contact.

3. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your repair status. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Age Restriction

By opting into our messaging program, you acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to receive these communications.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of our SMS service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
